RETURNS / EXCHANGES/ CANCELATION POLICIES
At Seven Fey Jewelry, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy on returns and exchanges.
Returns

You have 14 days from receiving you order to return an item for a refund to your original method of payment.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.Please include your order number and Name.

Refunds will be processed within 3-6 business days upon receiving the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item is no longer available, you may choose another item of equal or lesser value, or opt for a refund.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept returns and exchanges on:
- Ear cuffs
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Rings

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Pierced items
- Earrings
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sevenfey28@gmail.com We will arrange for a replacement and cover any shipping costs associated with the return.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change an unprocessed order, please contact us at sevenfey28@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. But you may simply return the order according to our return policy.
Package lost in transit
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit and has NOT been delivered to the recipient, we offer the following solutions:
All Items in Stock: If all items from your order are currently in stock, we will create a new order for you free of charge. This ensures that you receive the items you originally ordered without any additional cost.
Items Out of Stock: If some items from your order are out of stock at the time the loss is confirmed, we will reship the items that are in stock. Additionally, we will refund you for the value of the items that are out of stock.
Package returned to sender
If a package is returned to us due to reasons such as being unclaimed at customs, having an invalid address, unpaid customs fees, or being refused by the recipient, we offer the following options:

Reshipment: If the items from your order are still in stock, and you would like us to resend the package, we can do so. However, a charge of $5 USD will apply to cover the cost of new shipping fees.

Refund: Alternatively, you may request a refund for the returned items. In this case, we will issue a refund for the value of the items, but we will deduct a $5 USD fee to cover the original shipping fees incurred.
Lost/Stolen mail
Once package is marked as Delivered by carrier, Seven Fey Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on International or Domestic orders.
Custom Fees
All custom fees are responsibility of the recipient.
